PAYMENTs

Payment is due before the commencement of the consultation.

The date you paid or booked for your session is the price set despite any promotions or inflations.

All payment transfers conducted through Laura Humphreys Health are handled and transacted through third party gateways dedicated to guarantee your protection. Card information is never stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read their terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy or obtain sessions with Laura Humphreys Health.

refunds & cancellations

You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days prior to your consultation date. Refunds are not available once the consultation has taken place.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours notice prior to your session will be charged at full price.

sessions

Package sessions are to be used over a maximum of 3 month period. Sessions not used within the time frame will only be transferable at Laura's discretion.
