Easy Omelette
with tomatoes and rocket

Cooking time: 5-8 mins
Serves: 1 adult portion
TIPS
You can make the mixture the night before, so all you need do in the morning is pour it in the pan.
Ingredients
2 Egg (100g)
2 slices of Deli Ham (56g) (0ptional)
1/8 cup Cream Cheese (29g)
1/8 cup, grated Parmesan Cheese (13g)
1/8 cup Beef Broth (30g) (optional)
1/8 tbsp Olive Oil (2g)
Salt + black pepper (0g)
DIRECTIONS
Grease pan with oil and place over medium heat.
Crack eggs into bowl, season with salt and pepper.
Slice deli ham.
Add in cream cheese, broth, parmesan cheese and sliced ham and mix well.
Place pan on a medium heat and pour mixture into the pan.
While it’s cooking through 5-8 mins, slice the tomatoes and plate up with the rocket.
